China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals and Chemicals Importers& Exporters
(CCCMC) is a state-level social organization directly under the supervision of Ministry
of Commerce of China. It has more than 6,000 members in the fields of minerals,
petrochemicals, building materials, and ceramic sanitary ware. It is the largest industry
organization in these fields in China.

CCCMC is committed to promoting responsible business conduct and supply chain

due diligence management, and developed the Guidelines for Social Responsibility in
Outbound Mining Investment, Chinese Due Diligence Guidelines for Responsible Mineral
Supply Chains, Guidelines for Cobalt Smelters Supply Chain Due Diligence, Guidance for
Sustainable Natural Rubber. etc.

CCCMC maintains close cooperation with international multilateral institutions, relevant national

governments, international mining giants, international non-governmental organizations,
international brands, large investment funds, etc., and has organized high-level dialogues
between China and international stakeholders, participated in the China-Foreign Human Rights
Dialogue, been invited to co-host international forums etc. on many occasions.
CCCMC provides CSR and supply chain due diligence management consulting services
for Chinese and international companies, including: sustainable development strategy
formulation, social responsibility management system establishment, supply chain due
diligence management system establishment, awareness raising and capacity building
training, stakeholder management, crisis public relations, etc.
